The current pricing and availability listed are for the 2025/26 lease terms. 

Leasing by unit: The studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom unit types have leases available for the entire unit. Additional occupants without an institutional affiliation are permitted when leasing a studio, one bedroom, or two bedroom unit type. 

Leasing by bedroom with individual lease liability: Three bedroom units, and select two bedroom units are leased by bedroom with individual lease liability, with roommate matching offered.
