The current pricing and availability listed are for the 2026/27 lease terms. Catamount Run offers a June to May lease term, and an August to July lease term.

Leasing Special: Receive $1,000 off your first month’s rent when you sign a by-bed lease in a 2- or 3-bedroom apartment.

Pricing is listed per bedroom. Individual lease liability is available for all two- and three-bedroom units, and roommate matching is offered. The primary applicant must have an affiliation with UVM; however, additional occupants without a UVM affiliation are permitted. Applicants seeking to lease a studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, or three-bedroom unit with roommates who are not affiliated with UVM must apply together with all intended occupants and will be responsible for the full cost of the unit. All applications are apartment-specific and are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, which functions as a waiting list.
