Catamount Run apartments are developed in partnership with the University of Vermont. Our apartments are conveniently located in the heart of South Burlington's City Center, about a mile from the UVM Campus.
Catamount Run offers 10-month and 12-month leasing options for UVM Students, Faculty, and Staff, with eligibility determined by the University of Vermont.
Catamount Run offers the following leasing options: Leasing by unit- The studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom unit types have leases available for the entire unit. Additional occupants without an institutional affiliation are permitted when leasing a studio, one bedroom, or two bedroom unit type. Leasing by bedroom with individual lease liability- Three bedroom units, and select two bedroom units, are leased by bedroom with individual lease liability, with roommate matching offered. All available units and pricing are subject to change.

Catamount Run apartments go beyond basic amenities. With studio, one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom floor plan options, the building is also equipped with common laundry rooms on each floor. Heat and hot water are included, along with wireless high-speed internet. Common areas offer a 24/7 fitness facility with premium fitness equipment and Peloton bikes, along with a dedicated mail and package room. On-site parking is available for an additional fee.
