Catamount Run is conveniently located in the heart of South Burlington's City Center, about a mile from the UVM Campus. Catamount Run offers 12-month leasing options for UVM Students, Faculty, and Staff, with eligibility determined by the University of Vermont. Pricing is listed per bedroom. Individual lease liability is available for all two- and three-bedroom units, and roommate matching is offered for students. The primary applicant must have an affiliation with UVM; however, additional occupants without a UVM affiliation are permitted. Applicants seeking to lease a studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, or three-bedroom unit with roommates who are not affiliated with UVM must apply together with all intended occupants and will be responsible for the full cost of the unit.

Catamount Run goes beyond basic amenities. With studio, one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom floor plan options, the building is also equipped with common laundry rooms on each floor. Heat and hot water are included, along with wireless high-speed internet. Common areas offer a 24/7 fitness facility with premium fitness equipment and Peloton bikes, along with a dedicated mail and package room. On-site parking is available for an additional fee.
